Oasis Rent-a-Car does not operate a physical store.
Instead, we offer a delivery service where we bring the car to your requested location in the Central Area (Chatan). (e.g., hotels, parking lots, etc.)

  1. We will deliver the car to the location you provided at your reserved time.
  2. After checking the car, you may depart immediately.

----- How to Return the Vehicle -----

  1. Please come to the location you provided at your reserved time.
  2. After checking the car, you can complete the return process.

Notes (Hotel Pick-up/Return)

  • If parking fees apply at the hotel or coin parking, they are the customer's responsibility.

  • If the hotel does not have parking, we will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot. Pick-up/return on the street is prohibited.

  • Delivery/return at elevator-type parking structures is not allowed, as we cannot inspect the vehicle. We will guide you to another parking lot nearby.

  • No shuttle service is provided for hotel pick-up/return. Please go to the hotel by yourself.

  • During peak seasons, we may adjust or decline the pick-up/return time. We will notify you when you make your reservation.

  • Delivery time may be slightly delayed depending on traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Pick-up or return at Naha Airport is prohibited.

  • If there is no contact and you are late for the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

  • Please select optional items such as child/booster seats when making your reservation. We may not be able to provide them on-site without prior notice.

  • Same-day or day-before changes may not be accepted. Please contact us in advance for any changes.

  • Staff will meet you in person for both pick-up and return.
