*LP (compulsory - included rental fee)

        Unlimited compensation for personal injury, 5 million yen per accident for property damage, and no compensation for personal injury and driver.
Passenger compensation is 100,000 yen per hospitalization, 5 million yen per death, and 5 million yen per after-effects.
Self-inflicted damage: 15 million yen per person, 200 million yen per person for unlicensed damage

              - In the event of an accident or damage, LDW (Loss Damage Waiver, which is a charge for the loss of business due to the inability to operate the vehicle for a regular period of time during the repair period) will be incurred and will not be compensated. The following out-of-pocket expenses will be incurred.  
Minor accidents that can be driven: minimum 20,000 yen to maximum 100,000 yen (amount varies by vehicle type)
Accidents requiring a rental car due to inability to drive and damage to the rearview mirror: 50,000 yen to 200,000 yen maximum

              - 5 gross negligence cases not covered
Drunk driving, traffic signal violation, driving without a license, pedestrian protection violation, speeding (speeding more than 20 km over the speed limit)

              - Compensation is only for the body of the car, and consumables such as tires and wheel covers are not covered.


!!You must contact the rental car company at the scene of the accident or scratch.
Depending on the extent of the damage, a police report (110) may need to be filed.

Regarding dead batteries and tires: Due to the nature of the area, it takes time for Road Service to respond (1-2 hours), and if the service center is unavailable at night and on holidays, you will incur repair costs at your own expense, so please be sure to check your lights and interior lights before getting off.
