Basic Coverage is included in the rental fee.

Personal Liability: Unlimited per person
Property Damage: Unlimited per accident (Deductible: ¥50,000)
Vehicle Damage: Market value per accident (Deductible: ¥50,000–¥100,000)
Personal Injury: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person (limited to vehicle capacity)

NOC (Non-Operation Charge)
If the rental car is damaged and requires repair or replacement of parts, the following fee applies regardless of the extent of damage, repair period, or deductible coverage enrollment:

• Drivable vehicle: from ¥20,000

• Non-drivable vehicle: from ¥50,000
  ※In the case of a major accident, ¥50,000 may still be charged even if returned by self-drive.
  ※For single-car accidents, repair cost of ¥50,000 applies (¥100,000 for Vellfire/Alphard).

Wide Coverage (+NOC): ¥1,650/day

Cases Not Covered by Insurance

The customer bears full responsibility for damages in the following cases:

• Failure to notify police or rental office

• Violation of rental agreement (illegal parking, traffic violation, drunk/drug driving, unapproved extension, unlicensed driver, etc.)

• Unauthorized repair or settlement

• Use for racing, towing, or pushing

• Lost/damaged keys, interior contamination, equipment loss, wrong fuel, etc.

If an accident occurs, please contact the police and rental office immediately (9:00–19:00).

If the vehicle is returned via road service, the contract ends regardless of remaining rental days. Additional charges may apply depending on coverage. Re-enrollment is available based on remaining rental period.
