• Personal injury: Unlimited per person

• Property damage: Unlimited per accident (deductible JPY 50,000)

• Vehicle damage: Actual cash value of the vehicle (deductible JPY 100,000)

• Passenger coverage: Up to JPY 30,000,000 per person

NOC (Non-Operation Charge)

• If drivable (JPY 30,000–50,000)
  ・ Kei to Minivan class: JPY 30,000
  ・ 10-seater / High class: JPY 40,000
  ・ Special vehicles: JPY 50,000

• If not drivable (JPY 60,000–80,000)
  ・ Kei to Minivan class: JPY 60,000
  ・ 10-seater / High class: JPY 70,000
  ・ Special vehicles (Microbus): JPY 80,000

※ Maximum charge: JPY 60,000–80,000

--- Deductible Waiver ---

※ Mandatory for foreign license holders (except Japanese licenses).

• Kei to Standard cars: JPY 2,200 × rental days (incl. tax)

• 10-seater / High class: JPY 3,300 × rental days (incl. tax)

• Special vehicles: JPY 4,400 × rental days (incl. tax)

Notes

• With deductible waiver, property and vehicle deductibles are waived for the first accident only.

• Not applicable for second and subsequent accidents.

Not covered by insurance (full customer responsibility):

• No police report or no contact with rental office

• Settlement made between parties without proper report

• Accidents during unauthorized extension of rental period

• Reckless driving (intentional accidents, etc.)

• Driving without a license, drunk driving, or under the influence of drugs

• Driving by unauthorized persons not listed in the contract

• Tire damage, puncture, wheel cap loss

• Damage to accessories

• Glass breakage due to flying objects (e.g., stones)

• Interior contamination/damage

Lost key

• Key replacement: JPY 55,000 (incl. tax)

• If due to customer negligence: On-site assistance JPY 11,000–22,000 (incl. tax) + transportation costs
