Oasis Rent-a-Car does not operate a physical store.
Instead, we provide a service that delivers the vehicle to your desired location.
(If you would like to depart from near the airport, there is a designated location available. You can use the shuttle service between the airport and the vehicle pick-up location.)

----- How to Receive the Vehicle -----
- Proceed from the International Terminal to the Domestic Terminal on the 1st floor.
- Go to the rental car shuttle bus stop No. 14 on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal.
- Present your reservation confirmation or provide your name to the Oasis Rent-a-Car staff, then board the shuttle bus.
- Pick up your vehicle at the designated location and depart.
----- How to Return the Vehicle -----
- Return the vehicle to the same place where you picked it up. (We recommend returning it at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.)
- Take the shuttle bus back to the airport.
- Get off near Exit No. 4 on the 3rd floor of the Domestic Terminal.

【Notice of Store Relocation】
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
Our store is scheduled to relocate to a new location around mid-July 2025.
The relocation may be completed earlier than mid-July depending on preparation progress.
New Store Location
The new store will be closer to Naha Airport, improving accessibility. It is located near the expressway entrance, approximately 10 minutes by car from Naha Airport:
3-25-12 Gushi, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture
Please note that due to the relocation, services may be provided at a different location from our current store. This means that reservations made for mid-July or earlier may also be handled at the new store after the move. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Current Pick-up/Drop-off Arrangements
Currently, we offer two options for rental and return:
・Pick-up/drop-off with transportation from Naha Airport (About 10-minute drive from Naha Airport)
• Pick-up/drop-off at your hotel
※ Direct visits to the current store for pick-up/drop-off are not available at this time.
Once the official relocation date is confirmed, we will notify all reserved customers individually.
